Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on unopened and unused body butter and skincare products.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

  • Any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Final sale or promotional items

  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging caused after delivery

Return Shipping

  • A £6.99 flat-rate return shipping fee applies

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • No restocking fees apply

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
