Zenuchi Refund Policy – Body Butters

At Zenuchi, we want you to love your body butter! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns and Refunds

  • You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used body butters cannot be refunded.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used body butters

  • Personalized or custom-scented products

  • Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Details of the item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund approval.

5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your body butter for a different scent or product, simply indicate this when returning your item, and we’ll send a replacement once we receive your return.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your body butter arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
