1. Returns and Refunds

You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used body butters cannot be refunded.

3. How to Request a Refund

If your body butter arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
